How does it work?

It's simple: buy a "suspended" ticket and your contribution will allow people in difficulty to visit museums for free.

How to use it?

People who are in financial difficulty, followed by Social Services, will receive donated tickets and enjoy the visit to the museum for free, respecting their privacy.

How much does it cost for the donor?

You can choose between two types of tickets:

• €3 for a section of the Palazzo Farnese Museums or for the Natural History Museum;
• €10 for all sections of the Palazzo Farnese Museums.

Where can I buy the ticket?

You can purchase your Suspended Ticket at the ticket offices of the Palazzo Farnese Museums and the Natural History Museum.
